Brisbane’s first birdcage, this sky-high spot boasts birds-eye views of the Brisbane River, Story Bridge, and sparkling cityscape, paired with whimsical accents and playful splashes of fresh salmon and deep green hues. From the crew behind BŌS Restaurant – restaurateur Chris Higgins, renowned chef Adrian Richardson, and foodie entrepreneur Liam McMahon – The Aviary serves as the suave destination’s sophisticated yet sassy little sister, bringing good time vibes to the shared space.
As The City’s latest dining and cocktail haven, The Aviary will be pouring fine wines, craft beers, Champagne on ice, and full bottle service to the seven booths perfectly placed to drink in those amazing views. Curated libations will also be on the menu, alongside delectable light bites designed for sharing from the BŌS kitchen.
The Aviary Terrace Bar is now open at Level 4, 480 Queen Street, Brisbane City.
